My new compilation "The Best of Alessandro Del Piero" is out in stores now!

• Lately you probably saw me a lot on television... The reason is this: Friday my new compilation, "The Best of Alessandro Del Piero" (more info on Top News!) was available in the stores, and Monday I spent the day promoting it around Milan. First on the list: Radio DJ, guest of the programme "Dj chiama Italia" with Linus and Nicola Savino. It was impossible to remain serious....Next was the press conference at the Just Cavalli Cafè, and then the great TRL show of Mtv, live from Piazza Duomo with Giorgia and Ale: it was fantastic guys, and how many of you showed up? Following a signing session at the Messaggerie Musicali, and then again on air with RTL and Nicoletta. The day ended with Striscia la Notizia, where I really feel at home. And people say that Monday is a day football players can rest...!

• My latest cd is out in the stores since Friday: "The best of Alessandro Del Piero" is the second compilation on Sony BMG that sees me as a dj. 16 songs from pop to rock chosen from my all-time favourites: Oasis, Jamiroquai, Robbie Williams, Anastacia, but with John Legend, 50 Cent, Dido, Faithless as well....you will find an extra dvd packed with exclusive footage, an interview, a few of my best scores and some tips on how to tackle free kicks. This is a project I am very proud of, it tells a lot about me and my passionate and daily relationship with music. I'll be waiting for you at the control panel!
